What differentiates you?

The core principles of Golden Eye are: Truth and Simplicity. By adhering to these principles, we are able to deliver a differentiated and superior solution to our end customers dealerships owners and personnel.

We accomplish this in a variety of ways. First, we have developed our comprehensive solution from the ground-up, with one unified code base that incorporates technology best practices drawn from a number of different industries. This allows us to quickly add features and functionality that dealers want, and wrap the functionality in a highly intuitive user-interface, which will delight our customers, and require minimal training.

Second, we intend to change the very way DMS solutions are sold and supported.


  • Unlike the other companies, we have no commissioned sales positions. Our Engagement Managers are incented on customer satisfaction, not just when you purchase the solution, but for a full year. This alignment ensures that we are squarely focused on your needs, not a quick sale.
  • Furthermore, we have no modules or updates to sell. Period. Every customer gets to use all the functionality that is included in our solution. Every customer gets a monthly update, sometimes with small adjustments, sometimes with brand new features. You dont pay extra for it. Its included in your monthly subscription.
  • We have no proprietary technology to sell you. All you need is an Internet connection, and we take care of the rest.
  • Additionally, we have to re-earn your business every month. No long-term contracts, only monthly subscriptions.
  • Lastly, we charge a fair price for our solution: $68 per user, per month. That's it. Our policy is to give one price to any dealer, irrespective of their size or influence. Whether you have 1 store, or 30, whether you have 5 users, or 500, everyone pays the same monthly fee.

    This is what we mean by being the un-dms company. We think the current DMS business model is broken and we want to re-design it so that we can deliver a better solution that significantly improves the lives of dealership owners and personnel.

    How can you make money at that price?

    Our technology and business models give us tremendous economies of scale. We do not have a commissioned sales force. We do not have multiple versions of the software to manage and support. We have developed a true multi-tenant SaaS solution. Our costs are low, and we are able to pass on the savings to our customers.

    To date, Golden Eye has been privately funded.

    What is your billing process? What is the contract? Can I get a longer contract?

    Its simple. Each month you get a bill that has a single line-item: the number of DMS user you have signed up for. Take that number and multiply it by $68. That's your monthly bill. Period.

    We are committed to earning, and re-earning your business each and every month. Although we are not considering long-term contracts, we remain committed to listening to our customer's requests.

    What is Golden Eye? What does it mean?

    The name Golden Eye has many connotations. Specifically, when thinking about dealers, we are combining two elements: Gold (a symbol of growth or wealth) and Eye (a symbol of vision, or the future).

    In a sense, Golden Eye means giving our dealers the tools to clearly see ways to increase growth and profit.

    How old is the company? When did you start?

    We built this company by asking questions, and listening. Dealers told us that no solution provider was able to fully and cost-effectively address their needs, and do so with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    We started with a clean sheet of paper, as opposed to a technology package or company we acquired. This process has taken almost 3 years; there are no short-cuts to building a world-class solution from the ground up.

    We will continue to ask questions, solicit input from our community, and improve our solution.
